Accounts Executive Begin Your Journey in Finance Job Description Responsibilities Direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of the accounting division, which includes general accounting, AP, and AR. Assure accurate and timely filing of TDS and GST. Manage account reconciliation and keep precise financial documentation. Create financial reports and statements on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis. Support forecasting and budgeting tasks. Carry out internal audits to make sure financial regulations are followed. Create audit schedules and work in tandem with outside auditors throughout the audit process. Cooperate with other departments to support the overarching aims and objectives of the business. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. - Proven experience in accounting and financial management, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations. - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. - Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliance requirements is essential.
