Hiring for AR Analyst Non Voice with Experience Job Description Review the work performed by AR Analysts/ Callers and document any quality issues Review call quality issues on various parameters such as conversational skills, claims resolution, and voice quality Participate in developing process documentation Participate in maintaining our Quality Management System for ISO. Provide feedback and work with the training team to provide remedial training Check the reports developed by AR Analyst/ AR Callers aging analysis, understand days in A/R, top reasons for denials, etc Adhere to MBW s information security guidelines Be in the center of ethical behavior and never on the sidelines Key Requirement: Should have worked as a Quality Controller for AR for at least 1+ years with medical billing service providers Should have very good knowledge in medical billing and confident in process knowledge Experience in the end to end Healthcare process/ AR calling audit. Adapting to new situation & challenges whenever required Good communication & typing skills Adhere to all company policies and procedures Qualification: Any Basic Degree Experience: 1 to 3 years of Experience Salary: From 16K (can be Negotiated) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job.
