🏨 We Are Hiring – Hospitality & Retail Services Specialist 🏨 💻 Interview Mode: Online 📍 Work Location: Saudi Arabia 💰 Salary: Negotiable We are looking for an experienced Hospitality & Retail Services Specialist to lead and coordinate retail leasing initiatives, tenant relationships, hospitality services, retail development, and commercial operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement retail marketing and commercial strategies. • Identify, evaluate, and secure potential tenants based on approved retail strategy. • Prepare, negotiate, and administer commercial lease agreements and service contracts. • Conduct market benchmarking, financial analysis, and lease economics. • Manage the complete retailer lifecycle, including onboarding, inspections, compliance, performance reviews, and exit/clearance. • Develop inspection and compliance programs covering operational, safety, hygiene, and service standards. • Manage retail development projects from feasibility and design through construction and commissioning. • Oversee operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities for retail facilities. • Coordinate with retailers and catering service providers for business functions and community events. • Ensure food, catering, hygiene, quality, and safety compliance. • Manage retailer relationships, contracts, compliance matters, and stakeholder coordination. • Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements. • Maintain and update systems, dashboards, and websites related to hospitality and retail services. 🎓 Qualifications ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Property Management, Marketing, or equivalent experience. 💼 Experience Required ✔ 3–5 years of progressive experience in: Retail Management Commercial Property Leasing Hospitality Services Management Retail Development / Project Management ✔ Proven experience in lease negotiation, tenant relations, and retail development projects. ⭐ Key Competencies • Retail strategy & commercial planning • Financial modelling & budgeting • Lease negotiation & contract administration • Tenant & stakeholder management • Hospitality operations • HSE & food safety compliance • Customer experience management • Project & property management • Strong decision-making and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment 🗣️ Language Requirement: Fluent English & Arabic – written and spoken 📩 Interested candidates, please share your updated CV at: [email protected] 📌 Please mention “Hospitality & Retail Services Specialist” in the subject line.
