Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff. Assign work schedules and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain cleanliness and quality standards. Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping employees. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, and request replenishment as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints promptly and professionally. Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance department for timely repairs. Maintain accurate housekeeping records, attendance, and inspection reports. Support the Housekeeping Manager in achieving departmental goals and maintaining excellent guest satisfaction.
