🚨 Hiring: Product Engineer – Development & Compliance Automotive Accessories 📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana 💼 Experience: 7+ Years 🎓 Qualification: BE/B.Tech 🏭 Industry: Automotive / Automotive Accessories A leading automotive organization is looking for an experienced Product Engineer – Development & Compliance to manage product development, quality compliance and project execution with automotive OEM customers. Key Responsibilities • Interface with Automotive OEM customers and manufacturing, design and engineering teams. • Manage product development and testing timelines, quality assurance, cost tracking and project risks. • Lead APQP and PPAP submissions, DVPR, PFMEA and customer grade reviews. • Coordinate with Sales, Design, Engineering and Manufacturing teams for successful project launches. • Monitor production processes and quality parameters and conduct regular audits. • Analyse quality data and implement proactive corrective solutions. • Review quality standards, policies and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate OEM factory audits and customer visits. • Lead and guide quality inspectors, technicians and quality team members. • Ensure compliance with applicable automotive quality and legal standards. Candidate Requirements • 7+ years of Automotive experience in Product Development and Quality Compliance. • Strong experience in APQP, PPAP, DVPR, PFMEA, DFMEA and quality documentation. • BE/B.Tech in Engineering. • Strong technical knowledge of automotive electrical and mechanical accessories and testing. • Understanding of OEM testing requirements, OE standards and regulatory requirements. • Knowledge of GD&T, 2D engineering drawings, 3D product design and CMM reports. • Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Project and critical-path management. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Strong knowledge of Control Plans, FMEA, Testing Plans, DVP&R and PPAP documentation. • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills. • Proactive, autonomous and results-driven approach. • Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 is preferred. • Quality certification such as Certified Auditor will be an added advantage. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: [email protected]
