Production Supervisor Grinding Experience Must JD: Job description Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and deliverytargets. Plan, schedule, and allocate manpower, machines, and materials for smoothproduction flow. Ensure adherence to production plans, minimize downtime, and optimize machineutilization. Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions for deviations in output orquality. Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen / TPM initiatives. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams for timely issue resolution. Maintain detailed production reports, shift logs, and performance metrics. Lead a team of operators and technicians ensuring skill development and motivation. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO standards. Support the Production Manager in continuous improvement and processoptimization projects.Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of production processes, machine handling, and processimprovement techniques. Experience in assembly, metal finishing, press shop, or component manufacturingpreferred. Good understanding of quality tools (SPC, 7QC, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, etc.) Hands-on experience with MS Office, ERP/MRP systems, and production reporting. Strong leadership, analytical, and team management skills.
